Mr. Che is a distinguished attorney specializing in cross-border dispute resolution. Bringing a wealth of experience in representing international clients, Mr. Che has a proven track record in U.S. litigations and arbitrations, particularly within the E-commerce sector. He is renowned for his successful representation of E-Commerce Businesses in AAA and ICDR arbitrations against major E-commerce platforms, adeptly retrieving millions of dollars in withheld funds for his clients. Mr. Che is currently advising multiple large Chinese E-Commerce corporations as their US general legal counsel.

Mr. Che’s expertise extends beyond commercial disputes. He has considerable experience in navigating product safety investigations led by prominent regulatory bodies, including the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). His strategic approach has enabled his clients to successfully conclude investigations and regain their eligibility to continue selling products in the market.
